To check the availability of the Horn Rapids shelter and/or to book a time, please use the link provided below. Each reservation is set up for two-hour blocks, but you may rent the shelter for longer at the same rental fee. To do so, submit the form for each additional two-hour block you need. The rental fee is $20. Once you have reserved your time(s), place your payment in an envelope with your name and reason for payment (shelter rental), and deposit it in the bottom slot of the silver mailbox labeled HOA at the entrance to the pool parking lot at 2600 Clubhouse Lane. We accept cash/check. On the day of your reservation, be sure to take all your trash with you and either dispose of it in your own bins or at the dump. Use the hose to spray off any spills on the ground/tables. Garbage bags will be tied to the garbage can handles for your use.
